Patient Center Medical Home

Children’s Clinic of Pensacola, PA (CCOP) has been granted Patient Centered Medical Home status.  CCOP has highly experienced pediatricians, Mylene and Ronald Victoriano, MD, and one well trained Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Arlene Flores.  All of our staff are highly experienced in working with children, assuring only the best treatment and information for the children that visit us.  We have a range of insurances that we accept and very reasonable rates for self pay patients and same-day appointments are available if needed.  We also have a 24-hour patient support service which connects you to a doctor on call for after hours questions at (850) 444-5348.  We are currently accepting new patients and hope to see you very soon!

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY

We expect you to provide us with your medical history, as well as information about any care you obtain outside of our Practice to include your current medications, recent test results, visits to other doctors and health care providers, behavioral health services, hospitalizations, immunizations, and emergency room visits

GENERAL PEDIATRICS

We provide comprehensive pediatric care from birth to 17 years:  Acute Illness,  Allergies,  School & Sports Physicals, Obesity,  Asthma, Eczema,  Developmental problems, and Chronic illnesses in collaboration with specialists

 

 WELL CHILD CHECK-UP                                 

Preventive care is a crucial part of your child’s total health care. Well-child check-ups help to evaluate & monitor your child’s growth and development. These visits are important, even when your child is healthy.  They are crucial in making sure your child is growing and developing properly, and to provide any needed services before the time frame for mitigation has passed.

 

 

IMMUNIZATIONS

Immunizations are discussed and given (if appropriate) at these visits. We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics Guidelines for the schedule of these well visits and immunizations

The care team is led by your board-certified primary care physicians, Dr. Mylene and Ronald Victoriano, as well as their medical assistants.  All members of our staff are part of this team and strive to provide you and your child/children the best medical care.

 We have a list of Recommended Specialists available online and in our office at your request.

 

Food Pantries: 

Providing Food Access to the Local Community. If you’re having any problems feeding yourself or your child, your general health may be suffering.  Nutrition is crucial for mental stability and physical strength.  These services are here to support you and your family, please take advantage of them.

Calling the Office number after hours will allow Patients to Connect with our answering service.  The answering service will connect you with the provider on call for advice.

Our Patient Portal is available for all patients to access medical records, request appointments, and updates for requested tests that have been ordered. 

Same day appointments are available; however, appointments requested after 11:00 am may be scheduled for the next business day.

We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations.
